Education, learning and teaching

Library databases and advice for students researching education and pedagogy at Glasgow Caledonian University.

How we can help

Your Academic Librarians can help with:

  • Selecting search terms
  • Selecting relevant databases
  • Creating a search strategy
  • Referencing
  • Managing your search results with RefWorks

For general questions about the library use the Library chat on the library homepage or email library@gcu.ac.uk.

Areas we can't help with

We cannot help with the following:

  • Academic writing (structure, vocabulary etc.)
  • Proofreading essays or reference lists

For academic writing support please contact the Learning Development Centre. The University does not offer a proofreading service.
